Support services are vitally important to achieving our goal of creating an environment of exceptional care. Our services include:
- Daily housekeeping and laundry services to ensure our residents enjoy a clean and healthy environment every day.
- Professional, full-time maintenance staff who keep our home operating at peak efficiency 24/7 so our residents are safe, comfortable and secure.
The Environmental Services Department consists of three major functions: Laundry, Housekeeping, and Maintenance. The main purpose of the Department is to provide a safe, clean, and attractive facility including beautifully landscaped grounds.
Laundry Services
All new clothing items must be brought to the laundry for labeling before using, to help prevent loss. Rosedale Home is not responsible for personal clothing items being lost or damaged. Processing is limited to machine washing and drying but does not include dry cleaning or ironing. All clothing must bear the name of the resident.
Housekeeping Services
Cleaning Services are provided daily to all resident and common areas.
Maintenance
Maintenance personnel are available typically Monday – Friday, although they are also available for emergencies. Any maintenance concerns may be directed to Environmental Services by requisition through the Registered Staff.
